Easy, the same way I deal with it in reality. I am a loner. I am an only child with social anxiety disorder (it is why I had to leave the Marines, a team based endeavor). Therefore, I have come to rely on myself though it has its llimitations versus knowing that other people will screw you over or are never really that big of an advantage.
The only people who benefit from organized squading are FOTM, exploiting, spamming scrubs and I have been on the same team with Nyain San et al enough to know that.
As an independent contractor, I can go do things that require solo ops anyway such as riding around in advance of the group in a scout suit and dropping links and scanning, ninja hacking, distracting and delaying, sniping.

Don't try, go off in the hills and do your own thing, pick off stragglers, put uplinks in a bunch of locations just to farm points, the great part of going solo is no-one relies on you to do anything so you're free to swoop in and wreck **** and take off, no obligations.
Yep, the wild card. See Telly Savalas in anything he has ever done.

How do I cope with ****** teammates? I start focusing on hacking and placing uplinks. More often then not, the worse my team is, the more **** there is for me to hack and the more WP I can get from uplinks. Unfortunately, farming WP in public matches and not trying for the objective is frowned upon by certain people in the Dust community. How is hacking and placing uplinks not trying for the objective? I may not be sprinting at it like a dumbass, but I'm putting in good spawn points, hacking CRUs, and HACKING UNGUARDED OBJECTIVES. More often then not, I still contribute more than you useless frontliners who've never heard of defense.
This. Lol, yeah right. Here we have the standard vanilla assault attitude about not trying for the objective right? Well, 1.8 is going to change that attitude. You already have the FOTM scrub vanilla assaults planning to run scouts.
