Yeah, I get what you are saying, what I was saying is that the spawn would only occur if the DS was on the ground, if it was in the air, it would not allow any more than the seats avail. Player confusion could lead to spawning in on the DS just high enough to drop shields/armor, but not high enough to engage the dampener.
Give DUST514 some direction.

Unless your a Scout or Logi running around with Base HP, there is no height that will cause enough fall damage to kill you, while not having the opportunity to use the Inertia Dampener.
Besides, the only time a DS will ever be on the ground is when your picking up troops, resupplying, or recalling it. Otherwise you risk becoming lunch for a nearby Railgun.

Well when a stupid blue is in my ds I simply land on a turbine thingy and he shall die. :) its great for blues that jump in and constantly spam shooting. Also I think you should be able to kick blues out of the ds. By the way great ideas, and maybe the proto cru can reduce the spawn timer. ( heads up CCP agrees with this post and they are gonna do some changes. )

I agree, but CCP said that they are having "technical difficulties" with introducing a kick option for the vehicle owner/pilot.

I have found this to be generally true, however it seems if they spawn very close to you leaving the vehicle they won't appear until after you have left. I have had a couple of blueberries steal my transport dropship that way.

War Points for the driver absolutely. I think that should be priority over your other suggestions. You are providing a spawn point like anyone else who drops an up link except it costs a hell of a lot more. Why aren't we rewarded?
Getting more people to run them would provide some more data points for future changes.

I love it Atiim. The only thing I would change is have people spwan on the sides of a vehicle, rather than in front where they ten to get run over.
