Why not .I think fighting and dieing over and over again should raise my corps standings to that empire in EVE> Floating around a plex all day does ....... Yes, however, I would assume that standings towards Dust NPC corps is averaged just the same as they are for Eve NPC corps. What kind of standings do the rest of your corp have towards Imperial Guard? They're probably dragging your standings down for purposes of corp standings. But there not fighting for anyone except the Guard so how is this bring this number down all fights should add to a plus not a negative Dust standings only relate to the player and have no effect on the corp and no effect on Eve standings.
If your corp has changed standings Eve-side, it 's because of something that your Eve guys have done.

WHY IS HE SEEING A 3.5 TO THE GUARD IF NEITHER EFFECT EACH OTHER THAN IT SHOULD BE BASED OFF THE DUST PLAYER.HOW IN THE HELL COULD HE GET A 3.5 IN A NPC DUST FW CORP. Hes not looking at personal standings he looking at corp standings. If corp standings are based off battles that those should be higher.....based off the DUSt players standing. and if ours are higher than that .Then why isnt the number hes seeing higher.? CAPLOCK RAGE!
Look, I don't know if english isn't your first language but you're not making a lot of sense.
You say you understand that what happens in Dust doesn't affect your corp's Eve standings but then you sound like you think it does.
Your Eve players will only see your corp's Eve standings, which are not affected by your Dust actions. That 3.5 is your Eve standing. Not knowing anything about your corp, I could not tell you why your Eve standing to Imperial Guard is 3.5 but it is nothing at all to do with what FW your Dust players are playing.
Once again - corp standings are NOT based off your dust players or dust battles or anything dust related at all.

Evicer wrote:.Where is the tie in to EVE ? Where does any of the efforts you Do in DUST benefit your Eve side corp at all ?
You really need to calm down before you get yourself banned.
Very little you do in Dust will benefit your Eve side corp at all.
Apparently, if you hold land in PC, your POSs on that planet get bonuses or something but I don't think anyone has ever actually made use of this.
In FW, winning battles for one side reduces the time taken to plex a system or something like that.
If, as you say, there is nothing you can do Eve side to interact with Imperial Guard, then that's probably just some random value CCP has produced out of nothing.
Now, if you're so hellbent on proving that your Dust FW battles must be affecting your Eve standing somehow, then you're going to have to provide some hard numbers to give us some context to your claim:
Theoretically, if your corp standing was affected by your dust mercs, then I'd imagine that would be done as an average (or perhaps some other function) of your merc's standings. So, what is the Amarr standing of every merc in your corp?

If you want reasonable dialogue over this and an answer from anyone, then you do need to provide evidence (not necessarily proof), so we can discuss it.
Now, you haven't 'established your corp's standings' at all - all you've said is that you have an 8 or 9 standing with them personally. I asked what standing every single Dust member of your corp has towards the Imperial Guard, as if as you assert it must have an affect on your corp standing, it would surely be dependent on every member of your corp, rather than just yourself and a vague assertion that they're all above 3.5.
I see you only have 6 mercs in your corp, so gathering this information can't be too difficult for you and doing so will allow us to actually look at the full situation and tentatively infer whether your Dust standings are in fact having an effect on your Eve standings.
You may not like what I'm saying but at least I have been civil, not called you names and have tried to help or at the very least engaged in dialogue to formulate an answer. If that's not what you want, then why are you posting in an open forum instead of sending a support ticket to CCP directly?
