Nice way to show the benefits.When I finally finished off Engineering 5 I went through all my fittings and was able to upgrade at least one module from advanced to prototype. CPU on Minmatar suits is so tight that I've been working on the weapon operation skills that reduce CPU usage just to make everything fit. Hacking to 5 can make the difference in getting in that hack before being killed or dying before you finish. It's all about the small percentages.
I got hacking to 5 just because of how many times I said "JUST 1 MORE FREAKING TICK!"
Also, Gallente have the same problem. Just with PG, so I had to get my optimaztion skills for most of my weapons.
