CCP wouldn't abandon everyone on the PS3... it isn't their style... There will be multiplatform for a year probably before PS3 gets shut down.
Dude... you also don't know what PS Now is. Basically it's a service that lets you play PS1, PS2, PS3 games on PS4, PS Vita and Sony TVs.
Dust wouldn't go anywhere, it would just be available on a whole lot more ways.

Double prediction, it runs like garbage because using a cloud service to stream a multiplayer game will end in disaster.
There could be some hitches, definitely. However, knowing that Killzone 3 runs ok gives me some hope for Dust.

Well, there are beta testers using the service right now and when it started there was a leak were one player showed some footage. However, he was filming on a potato or something but he described that it worked ok, with just a few signs of latency. He was also on a 5Mb/s connection or something and that is pretty much the lowest connection you can run the service on.
After that i think the service went on a very restrictive NDA, so no further news yet.
