1x complex precision enhancer 3x complex shield extenders 1x complex profile dampener 1x complex range amp
Cloak
And the rest is up to you.
Notes: If you want to detect Gallente scouts, you have to "dig deeper" and replace one or two of the shield extenders with more precision enhancers, depending on how dampened that Gallente scout is.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

For my play style:
Low slots: Range extender range extender
High slots: Amplifier Shield Extender Shield Extender Shield Extender
RR? Depending on how I feel after the update
RE (scanner sometimes) Cloak
This is what I am thinking. I might throw another amplifier one to be able to see just about anyone. |

Looks like we were thinking the same thing :) |

Thanks guys,
that looks pretty good.
I am playing a little bit like Splinter Cell Sneaking and attacking. Is this kind of fitting helpful for this kind of playing ? |

Throw a dampner on like cat merc and a cloak and you should be good to go. Not many things at that point will be able to see you, Complex GalLogi scanners and 2x complex Amp CalScouts, that is about it. |

Thanks Slen, that was very helpful.

To dodge Gal Logi proto scans, you'll need 1 cplx and 1 std damp.

In terms of precision enhancers, there is only a one decibel gap between using one advanced precision enhancer, and upgrading that to complex. While there are a few fitting scenarios where non-Gal scout suits could technically fall within this gap, they are pretty unlikely, so I would suggest using the single advanced instead of a single complex. It's easier on the wallet too.
I will be running my Cal Scout suits with either one advanced precision enhancer (if there are no Gal scouts) or two complex (if there are Gal scouts, in hopes of scanning them when they are uncloaked or if they are cloaked and don't use added dampeners). Shield extenders for the other highs and complex range amp/complex dampener for the lows.
If a Gal scout should happen to be double dampening and using two complex precision enhancers (able to detect me when I decloak), I would switch to an all shield, double dampened suit and let luck and EHP decide the outcome. If another Cal scout is running two complex enhancers, I'd probably run two as well and double dampen. |

Actually you'd need one enhanced and one complex to avoid 21dB scans if you are uncloaked. |
