it actually would be kind of sweet if there were deadly creatures on different planets that mauled other players. there is no telling what kind of domesticated creature the original settlers of New Eden brought with them that managed to break free and mutate to adapt to their new habitat.
i imagine what a big mutant sabertooth-like wild cat would be like if it jumped into the middle of a frontline and started killing mercenaries regardless of contractor.

I propose that such creatures would have evolved to detect the deadliest threat to them and, thus, would exclusively target mercenaries using prototype gear and weapons.
In all seriousness, yes, it'd be interesting if CCP could pull this off, but I'm 99 percent sure they won't. And on the 1 percent chance they would, don't expect it before the 3.0 build.
(Edit: In the meantime, enjoy finding the T. Rex that's rumored to populate the Rogue Transmission MP map on BF4.) |

T-Rex vs Brontosaurus is completely unbalanced towards the former, due to lack of trees and vegetation. T-Rexes will be spammed like crazy, specially with the stupidly cheap Militia T-Rex variants.
Also, the Amarrian Veloceraptors got the wrong bonus, and veloceraptors in general will have a hard time with the current aim assist. CCP should have known better than trying to introduce a speed tanking dinosaur species.

Right? How dare we include fictional dinosaurs in the historically accurate docu-drama concerning immortal space marines in a galaxy that can't be viewed from Earth? |
