the numbers for regen and delay should be swapped between the suits
On the logi I will be able to get near enough the same HP and 3 equipments and quicker recharge delay and depleted delay
the quick recharge should be for assaults so they are the 'frontline' suit |

Just a thought, though. The opposite makes more sense. If the logi isn't fighting he doesn't need to rep fast. He has plenty of time to rep since he's not in active combat. The assaults should rep faster as they're actively fighting. Logi's can't rep if there not in active combat , plus they don't have a sidearm and all logi's don't carry triage hives , some might carry RE's for a sidearm or some other set up. Most don't get defended like they should .. this probably lead to the slayers.
