There is a system to apply for any alliance. It is the same exact system for every alliance. Applications are an actual in-game thing. Don't tell me I'm a fool when you don't even understand how game mechanics work.

And don't tell me you rejected an application when you weren't even aware of its existence.

The directors never agreed once on joining NF. Therefore no application was ever sent by me. Therefore all you have going for this piddle paddle is that you talked with Zatara, just Zatara, and he might have expressed interest at some point.

Zatara did ask me about it once, though. The idea of joining NF. The name alone hyped him up, because of Imps. You know what I told him? That NF were little more than a name people respected due to early game performance, and they had no staying power whatsoever. They were a collection of talent that managed to do well in the short term, before any of this game's tactics and strategies involving any map began to really develop. Which really, is where the real test of skill begins. The adaptation over time and whether or not you can hang in there.

I don't believe in chasing rainbows and leprechauns. If it was ever truly considered, it was brief. We all have to agree on it. You had as much as substance then as you do now. Which is one decent team and a bogus legend. No thanks. You're only ever going to be strong when you sign on a contract with someone powerful. The good times shield you from harm to an extent. And when that contract runs out and your employers turn on you? Oh look, we have the bigger force with better support.

And you have...? You have nothing.

with regards to Dust/Eve..LuLz.. I do understand being at a disadvantage, but just no-showing? I thought you guys had more pride than that. Kudos to the one guy who showed up and dropped an OB..was funny. Also to the other guy who showed up and got 2 kills while running solo.

FA, AE and NF are all playing at a much higher level than the imps of yore ever did.

The playstyle they used was only effective for the time.

I rage quit one match and all of a sudden I am rampage, or Ari, or Soul, or Kujo, or the entire AE team that quit tonight.

But its all good. A little bit of adversity and NF will fold up shop, go back to pubbing and forum warrioring and pretending they won. Just like last time.
