What good is a bunch of new suits and weapons if: Navigation is clumsy: We still get stuck on terrain and wall surfaces. We die at random: Out of the blue warbarge strikes disrupt our claim to the position we just fought for. We are in the dark: TACNET is still utterly useless. I can't even see a tank 25 meters away on my scanner. Revives are broken: How many times have I followed the revive indicator to find nothing? Server performance blows: Reduce lag? Server performance blows: I got disconnected how many times in the past 30 minutes? Server performance blows: Scotty can't even complete a match making routine? Server performance blows: Help prevent rubber banding? Hit detection is sad: This alone is a game spoiler. Maintenance windows interrupt play: Use rolling updates instead of a maintenance window.
Summary: Improve user experience. Don't polish the turd.

I don't think Aim Assist has been toned down. Regardless, it's far from a "good spot" right now. Aim Assist is far too generous.

as for the OP, you make valid points, but this game is not a turd. it has it's flaws, yes, but it is still a very good game.

I see you missed the most important thing, unbalanced matchmaking process. Scotty is rather a ****** at both matchmaking and connecting to a match. |

Well. Let's see:
Navigation is clumsy: I don't have any problems
Dying at random: That's the whole ******* point of warbarge strikes.
TACNET: That seems more like a minor problem. TO make up for it you can see tanks on the overview and aim your strikes at them without scanning
server perfomance: I never recognized lag, I don't get disconnected, scotty has no problems finding matches for me, rubber banding would be lag (which I don't even notice exists), hit detection works fine so far, maintenance window: don't play shortly before downtime then
So basically: Seems like your problems are problems not everybody has and you want to make it sound like it's a problem with the game alone.

lol, what? Hit detection is really good. When they fixed it people actually complained that it was to strong, when combined with aim assist. Aim assist got toned down, now where in a great spot for that now I don't think Aim Assist has been toned down. Regardless, it's far from a "good spot" right now. Aim Assist is far too generous.
It has definitely been toned down. When it was first reimplemented your weapon would weave back and forth for you, now it is barely noticeable.
