As you can see there is NO WHERE NEAR racial parity when it comes to weapons.
CCP still needs to introduce AV for all of the races, SMGs for all of the races, Grenades for all of the races, knives for all of the races, and heavy weapons for all of the races.
By my count this means, just for racial parity, that CCP needs to add 10 more weapons before they would consider a weaponry refund.
I would assume that dropsuit command may be in a similar boat (planned stuff to be released that hasn't been yet.)
While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.

This is not true. Dropsuits have changed no more than weapon proficiency skills have, actually less. They still fill the same roles, with minor and sometimes non-existent bonus changes.

There you go, it was based upon having achieved racial parity. Now that we will have racial parity, a refund will occur in order to allow people to properly fill in roles that they were forced to use off-race suits for. In the end, racial parity is the only reason why the refund is occuring. Straight from CCP's mouth.

I totally agree.
Every single player that tries to stick to one race's philosophy has been forced to train into off-race things because all of the racial options have been available.
I would like to know that CCP plans on fixing this, especially due to the fact that they knew they were releasing a feature incomplete game.
While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.
