Pretty good, but couldn't you put your clone into stasis rather than taking a knife to your neck and wasting all that isk?
And if you are going to kill your self for quick transportation, why wouldn't you do it Seppuku style?
Just saying.

Well if you're getting shot by lasers, super heated plasma and bullet's shot at about 2 kloms a second you'd probably be used to pain.

Seppuku? You realize that takes you forever to bleep out, right? That's a painful way to go. It's pretty much torturing yourself to regain your honor.
Quick and easy, go for the carotid artery.

Seeing a woman cut her own throat is a little too gruesome for me, but other then that love the general comedy factor. Makes me think of red vs blue and stuff like that. I wonder what the potential comedy value for a "pacifist" merc. |

But yeah, thanks and I've got the rough draft for chapter 2 done. just need to draw final draft, ink, letter, add some small tone (edit- lazily slap on some grey colors) and chapter 2 will be up. ^_^

yeah, it didn't really occur to me how it would look until I showed my friends and they all said I was some sort of weird sadist. o_O
which is why I try not to show most of my comics to anybody... they just sit there, with other misc. drawings, collecting dust (hurdy hur hur) in my room, while I'm hoping my friends and family don't accidentally stumble upon them.

As avid follower of web comics and manga. This just jumped to the top of my list. Love how simple the syle is but you did the hardest thing. Making a cartoonish style character move in a realistic fashion.

uh. thanks. (^. ^;) I'm actually not used to having this much attention, so uh, I don't really know what to say or do (except say thank you x100). I don't mean to sound ungrateful but if you guys could hold all of the praise until the next chapter that would be great. Right now, I keep feeling like I've already accomplished a great novel and it's starting to go to my head (oh no! T-T)

well, I'm going online to play a few games and take some reference pictures. But, I just want you guys to know how much all of your comments mean to me. I've never had anyone praise my drawings before. I was always that weird kid who read manga (mostly shoujo... some hentai if I could get away with it) during lunch and doodled during Math. I wish I could say I was good at drawing, but well, I guess it takes a lot more practice than just doodles.
Anways, thanks a bunch and I'll update this thread when chapter 2 comes out. Until then, c-ya on the battlefield. ( ~.^)7
