7. Do kills by turrents count, manned or unmanned do they count towards the total of kills?
If a clone is revived it doesn't count... If they bleed out or respawn it does.
I'd also like to know about the turrets, everyone running around shooting unmanned turrets will make for some funny matches. |

Question: Is the SP rewarded to whichever character we use to play a minimum of 10 games? Or all characters on a single account?
So if we have three characters do we need to play a minimum of ten games on each?

It says friendly fire doesn't count, but what about:
1) Suicide through menu 2) Suicide through self damage (grenade or weapon overheat) 3) Death by falling or environmental damage (acid pools, reactors, etc.) 4) Suicide by red line 5) Death by vehicle collision (be it friendly or enemy) 6) Death by vehicles dropping on top of you
Does an enemy specifically need to be responsible for terminating your clone? |

If I have a regular active booster on at the end of dt March 14 and on March 14 I activate an omega Active booster will I get 1.5 or 2.0 times SP. Will you just count the largest activated during the event? I don't want waste my last omega booster to find out it didn't count.
Or more simply, if I already have an active booster on, when's the latest I can activate my omega booster to get the double SP?

Does an enemy specifically need to be responsible for terminating your clone? 1.) No 2-4.) I would hope no otherwise this event would be extremely easy 5.) So as long it is not by friendly, remote your jeep all you want and crash all you want. Otherwise I guess No 6.) I would also hope no
I think the enemy must be responsible for the clone's termination during battle which, let's be honest, we kill more than 500k clones day in and day out as a community. Hell I know for a fact we do more than that!

CCP Logibro wrote:Million Clone Challenge Throughout the weekend of March 14-17, should the total number of clones destroyed in New Eden reach 1 million, every shall receive 1 million skill points! The details for this event are: When: The Million Clone Challenge runs from March 14 through 17 from downtime to downtime. Objectives: During this period, the total number of mercenary clones destroyed by the player community will be tallied and for each milestone achieved, active player characters will be rewarded with commensurate skill points. The clone kill milestones are the following:
- For 250,000 clones destroyed, all active players will receive 250,000 skill points
- For 500,000 clones destroyed, all active players will receive 500,000 skill points
- For 750,000 clones destroyed, all active players will receive 750,000 skill points
- For 1,000,000 clones destroyed, all active players will receive 1,000,000 skill points
Additional event info
- Only the total number of clones destroyed during the event will be counted, not the number of kills
- Clone kills by friendly fire will not be counted
- Active players characters in this case means any player characters that have logged in during event times and play at least 10 battles
- Active skill boosters will grant bonus skill points earned in this event GÇô in order to receive the bonus you must:
- Have a character that has an active skill booster installed on the first day of the event i.e. after downtime on March 14 in order to qualify for the bonus
- The length of the booster does not affect the amount of skill point bonus applied i.e. as long as you have an active skill booster of any type installed on your character after downtime on March 14, your character will receive the full bonus from the skill booster for this event
I dunno if this has been asked, but why is it starting on a Friday? If we have a booster activated Wednesday, will that carry over for the event, or would we have to burn a second one specifically for the event?
I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't call for a tank nerf before Uprising 1.7. - Atiim

So, I'm a bit confused on this. I already have a booster applied, do I have to apply another one to qualify? If so, glad I kept these omega actives. Also, if we apply it, and we reach the 1million, will those that have omega, or regular, get 2million or 1.5 million, respectively? |

Does this mean no respec.!?!?!?!? 1 million won't be enough to get what I needed. Considering the changes that's coming to 1.8 and also many mistakes in the past doesn't add up to one million. One million plus boosters would give you at least one suit prototype and one or two weapons to advance if I'm right. Plus don't forget the core skills that you were suppose to skill into in the beginning, but went straight to the new weapons and suits. I learned my lesson and I just want an infantry respec.

Honestly, if we don't get a respec, I dunno if I'll play this game. I've been waiting so long to get out of this amarr heavy suit and even with all this bonus SP nonsense, I still have to put SP into core skills so there goes all my SP. Putting out changes THIS drastic requires a respec simply because there are millions of SP of NEW stuff that we never had the option to choose before. |

*puts needles away into gear bag* ok then. that being said, will omega boosters be available to buy again. I would definitely chip in the money for that

Ok, I'm gonna torture you with the same question asked in different words one more time because I can't reading comprehension well right now (sorry)
I have a 30 day active booster already installed that is going to run out after downtime on friday
Does that qualify, or do I need to plug in a NEW one ON friday?
ADDITIONAL QUESTION:
I have a 3 day omega booster that I might be tempted to activate for this event. If I plugged it in on friday, would it properly override my 30 day 1.5x booster for the event? Or should I pop it before downtime on friday to prevent any weird conflict? |

Sana Rayya wrote:CCP should give us a baseline to go by. We really have no idea how many clones are typically killed from downtime on Friday to downtime on Monday, for the average weekend. It would be good to know in order to judge how attainable this challenge is, especially for those who would buy a booster just for this event.
4000 players on average, with say 10 matches over the event averaging at about 10 deaths per match puts us at about 400,000. The event should be quite doable. |
