This would prevent heavies wrecking you in half a second after they jump out of a lav.
Scrub tankers getting out and killing you before you can kill the tank.
A 2-3 second animation for getting in, and out, would be great.
Tankers- 'Hit us when are hardeners are down"
Proceeds to run three hardeners.

It would be nice if an animation of exiting a dropship would let me choose to exit from either side or the back. I really hate landing on a narrow platform with room to my left and right then fall because my merc got out the back, and you can't accurately predict where you will get out either. |

My tanking suit's name is Captain. He's a Dragonfly suit with a Toxin AR and no other equipment, so he's going down with his ship.
And yes I really named it that.

The best is when they jump back in and take off just before you kill them. It's the most cowardly **** I've ever seen. LAVs should suffer movement penalties with heavies in them.

I've figured out a decent way to deal with these car fighters...destroy the lav. I tend to circle the vehicle using it as cover while I place remotes on it. I try to scare the heavy back into the lav then....boom.
Doesn't always work sometimes I get caught out in the open but I at least take the lav with me. Heavies tend to stand right next to the lav so often they die too. At the very least he loses his LAV and can't just drive off. |

I don't have a problem with it, if we can teleport from space onto a small pad, then being able to teleport in & and out of vehicles should be easy enough... However, I would be in favor of it if it meant getting out of the side of the vehicle you're sitting in, as it does annoying me getting out of a dropship and being the wrong side of it, that causes falling off platforms, redzone snipers being able to run away while I'm looking the wrong way and just general annoyances when you park up next to a resupply and end up trapped behind the vehicle...
Of course this will actually just make all the people whining about heavys getting in and out of vehicles to shoot them much worse... Because now they'll be able to park up in just the right place to take advantage of the situation, which means no more chances to shoot them in the back before they turn around, they will always have the vehicle between you and them as they climb out completely guarded by the armour.
So yeah, I'm happy either way... Providing it doesn't take as long as an RDV delivery to climb into the cockpit of my Bus! |

Wouldn't be a problem if the LAV itself was easier to destroy. Right now 2 basic remote explosives won't even take out a Baloch and that's not even touching what they can viably tank against Swarms and AV grenades in their current incarnation.

Even if they were easier to destroy, still wouldnt fix tanks with that.
