Forge has always been anti armor, which is why I laugh at people who complain about the Incubus. Learn to aim.
The damage mod change is stupid though, if only because DUST is already filled with huge SP investments for tiny returns, and now you're talking 2% difference between militia and proto

Seriously though, please don't nerf anti-vehicle too much otherwise vehicle nerfs will follow What vs dropships... I heard there was only suicide dropships and rail tanks... But seriously I'm going to have to try another stupid stunt because of this... I'm going to jump out of a gorgon, onto a shield dropships roof... spam my fluxes and follow up with a forge gun shot... Although this does allow a lot of time for the pilot to spin upside down, or ram his dropship into the underside of a bridge, lol.

I fly my Incubus every time I play, and use my railgun at least once every match.
I can assure you, beyond all doubt, that small railguns do their bonus damage to shields, not armor.

Considering small blasters do virtually no damage to anything, I'm pretty happy having one weapon in the game that deals damage to shields instead of armor.
