Most shield tanks focus on either damage mods or shield hardeners. We have many other modules to choose from. But hardeners and Dmg mods trump the rest.
What should be done? Obviously these 2 mods are better than the alternatives. just leave it as is? NOOOOOO!
Balance! Rebalance! When everyone uses the same mods, those mods need to be needed or others need to be buffed.
Dmg mods for vehicles need to be reworked
Tanks should be limited to ONE hardener. To compensate, buff shield extenders, since they suck |

I personally think they should bring back the rep tool you can have on a vehicle to rep another vehicle.
Scrambler rifles, the REAL way to scramble eggs...
Laser rifles, good for popping corn...
Shotgun, great for parties...

Every time I've seen that it never works as good as you hope
For most of the tankers I play with its another free kill

It was still a cool idea though, if you put it on a logi lav, getaways were almost definite.
Scrambler rifles, the REAL way to scramble eggs...

I still remember that game where we were redlined by a full squad and it was really just me and a squad member; I was in my missile Falchion and he was behind me with his Charybdis on top of a hill. I had at least three advanced/proto swarms plus a forge gun all shooting me, and I'd just be able to pick them off one by one as soon as they fired while my buddy has reps on me the whole time (or almost, I used my own booster for the few seconds of downtime he had here and there). They were never able to bring my shield past 50% until they finally dropped an OB on top of me and managed to get me.
