Your nerf request is like me saying, "I can't beat ScRs and RRs in 50m shootouts with my HMG. They both need their range and DPS nerfed to make it a fair fight." Just... it's missing a bit of common sense. So it is a bad move on my part to try to push to an objective because their is a heavy their that i can't do sh*t about because hes going to kill. The only way i could kill him is with another heavy. It's the same as saying Tanks are ok because you are in their domain and the only way to kill a tank is with another tank. That is why these two things are OP.
Remote explosives, grenades, sig-damped scouts with shotguns, and mass drivers.
Give it a try sometime. These "OP Tactics" do work.

technically its your fault for taking on the heavy with his HMG in a tight area where you pretty much can't strafe past him.
even without the extra ROF the HMG will still tear you a new one.
reduce the range by 10%? what you want the HMG to be like a shotgun now?
besides getting snuck up by a heavy from behind? dude you're a scout you run faster than us, you shouldnt be having your back turned towards a heavy AND be within range of his HMG to begin with in the first place.
Seems legit. Probably wants HAV's made out of paper armor that can be one-shot with a mass driver too.
