I can't really agree with this enough - the CPM are privy to a great deal of information and I hope that they will join in allaying some of the concern out there. The game is undergoing a massive amount of work at the moment.
I also have to agree with the sentiment that the game is being developed by CCP (as Joel II X mentioned) but we do like paying close attention to Community feedback. I crawl these forums like you wouldn't believe.

And then vehicles and heavy weapons? And then actual maps and infrastructure?
I love that CCP is focusing on racial parity, but Dust 514 still feels like "Caldari-Gallente War: The Video Game." We are always jumping out of either a Caldari or Gallente MCC. We are always invading or defending some district with either Caldari or Gallente buildings, and using either Caldari or Gallente vehicles to do so. It seems like the Amarr and Minmatar are just supporting cast.
Mail me in game if interested in learning about the Amarr Empire and serving them in Faction Warfare.

It would've been nice to see medium slots given a balance pass given the changes to light and heavy suits.

Being a veteran myself, please understand that the NPE is very important to me too. You see, being a veteran, I like to take things easy, and playing against people with equivalent gear levels is not easy street. Its competitive and can be pretty fun, but nothing is so sweet as crushing a fresh out of academy noob!
But unfortunately the population of dust noobs is dwindling because of this. We need to increase the quality of the newbies experience and extend the duration of the newbies experience by a great deal in order to give them a chance to grow. Then, after a month or so of SP accrual, let them into the harsh world for us vets to play with them!!!! 
In addition to this, we also need PVE and a Player Market. This way theres more things then just "join pub match and shoot" to do. AND while also providing a safe place for newbies to get acquainted with the game a bit.

Since you're here Saberwing, when are the old 'kindred' and 'solstice' scout colors for the closed beta suits coming back? These are super rare collectible suits that few of us have bought with AUR way back then before they got removed from the market.

They had concept art I believe for new heavy weapons, so I think maybe its coming soon, not TM.We've got a good number of racial sidearms, all racial suits, racial rifles, I wouldn't think twice if CCP said "Next, HEAVY WEAPONS!"
