Boundless HMG 3x Complex damage mods 2x Complex kin cats
With max skills:
488 shield 544 armor 7.35 sprint speed
Pros: Kills things instantly Super fast mobility Fast shield regen
Cons: No armor regen Still a large hitbox Can be killed with enough alpha damage
Just imagine a suicide fitting where you just spawn in and kill everything in your path even if you die in the end after getting 7 kills from the group.

I think Commandos with two assault CRs will be a bigger issue. Who needs a HMG when you have an innate 10% damage bonus and two damage mods on top of the highest ROF I know of?

Its only strengths will be speed (never knew that before I saw this post), and resisting laser rifle, scrambler rifle, scrambler pistol, assault rifle, shotgun, and whatever new weapons are laser/hybrid blaster.
And something I just realized. It will be a very good tank killer.
But where are you seeing it resisting explosives? It doesnt say that on the floated thread with dropsuit stats.

Explosive resistance is the all-encompassing sentinel bonus.
5% blast damage decrease per level.

The generic Sentinel resist bonus is to all kinds of splash damage, not just explosive. That would include things like the plasma cannon and forge gun.

Will kill anything it shoots at, but will likely die to anything shooting at it from the side or behind, since its a glass cannon and all. hell most likely will die to an amarr sentinal with 2x damage mods who actualy is brick tanked.

Well, dmg mods are being reworked. So If CCP does fix them properly, then in the Minmatar Sentinal will not be OP.
What's scary is if they don't change dmg mods at all. The FG and HMG have never seen more then two complex dmg mods this build(I don't know about Crome, cause I never ran a heavy)

3 damage mods on a boundless would be like two damage mods on a Gatsun's...and I can kill people from 70+ meters with a gatsun's HMG and two complex damage mods (granted with half the HMG mag)

I don't think you can call a 1000+ hp fast suit with innate damage resistance (including to HMGs) a "glass cannon". An Amarr Sentinel brick-tank is sort of the worst-case scenario of a what this guy might run into, and he'll still be much faster.
Dren and Templar equipment stats, wrong since release.

They explicitly stated that explosion damage IS splash damage. Here's a link.
Or it might be more accurate to say that explosive weapons are typically only doing splash damage, and thus fall under a "splash" umbrella.

Direct hit, yes. But most of the quick kills for heavies (remotes, locus 'nades, MD Splash) falls under Splash Damage.

Probably if CCP don't fix H with Lweapon we will see a lot of Cal.Heavy with Railrifle. And thats sad.
I want to skill Cal.Heavy for a Forger Fit, but i fear CCP will nerf it sooner or later if the don't limit the Heavy weapon slot to Heavy weapon.

That's a squishy fit but I do run one similar right now, it works if the other team doesn't run a lot of scanners but if they do it is pretty useless.

Shields may not be as good as the armour but it also regens faster than all but the Cal Sentinel and far better than what we're used to on the current Sentinel
Personally I'm going to fit it for balanced recovery like I do all my suits. Recharger, Damage mod and Repper at basic Extra Repper at adv Maybe a Complex Shield Extender for Proto but I hate adding to delay so I may switch it up between fits.

Another fitting I had in mind was two damage mods and an enhanced energizer, then a sprint mod and a repper.
The repper would only be there to keep your armor topped off when your shields go down, and one sprint mod would only lower your run speed to 6.7, which is still a good number for me (it's how fast my minmatar logi currently is).
You need at least two damage mods to make the HMG dominate, but the third is only there to give you that extra edge that will actually kill people before they can retaliate too much.
However even with a base sprint speed of 5.95, the minmatar heavy just doesn't have the base HP to actually be viable for a total repping fit like my current amarr sentinel, and trying to tank it with plates will just negate the only advantage it had in the first place i.e. speed.
Personally I will be running one complex kin cat on it at all times just for the extra jumping and movement capabilities. I'll probably practice tonight with my amarr sentinel. The only problem is that the current shield delays for amarr are 7 and 10, while in 1.8 they will be going down to 4, 5, and 6 seconds depending on the race. That's a HUGE improvement and buff to shield heavies.
