With max skills:
488 shield 544 armor 7.35 sprint speed
Pros: Kills things instantly Super fast mobility Fast shield regen
Cons: No armor regen Still a large hitbox Can be killed with enough alpha damage
Just imagine a suicide fitting where you just spawn in and kill everything in your path even if you die in the end after getting 7 kills from the group.

What's scary is if they don't change dmg mods at all. The FG and HMG have never seen more then two complex dmg mods this build(I don't know about Crome, cause I never ran a heavy)
3 damage mods on a boundless would be like two damage mods on a Gatsun's...and I can kill people from 70+ meters with a gatsun's HMG and two complex damage mods (granted with half the HMG mag)

Another fitting I had in mind was two damage mods and an enhanced energizer, then a sprint mod and a repper.
The repper would only be there to keep your armor topped off when your shields go down, and one sprint mod would only lower your run speed to 6.7, which is still a good number for me (it's how fast my minmatar logi currently is).
You need at least two damage mods to make the HMG dominate, but the third is only there to give you that extra edge that will actually kill people before they can retaliate too much.
However even with a base sprint speed of 5.95, the minmatar heavy just doesn't have the base HP to actually be viable for a total repping fit like my current amarr sentinel, and trying to tank it with plates will just negate the only advantage it had in the first place i.e. speed.
Personally I will be running one complex kin cat on it at all times just for the extra jumping and movement capabilities. I'll probably practice tonight with my amarr sentinel. The only problem is that the current shield delays for amarr are 7 and 10, while in 1.8 they will be going down to 4, 5, and 6 seconds depending on the race. That's a HUGE improvement and buff to shield heavies.
