Finally kill a wave of heavies? Well because of all their HP, by the time you brought them all down the next wave has already spawned.
Every fight turns into a perpetual struggle to get that point, it only ends when we're out of ammo or the enemy is out of clones. That's with a full squad btw
CCP plz fix kthnxbye lol the heavy event is there to counter tank spam go QQ in the war room adapt or cry elsewhere Your post gave me, and anyone with a functioning brain, cancer.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Are you genuinely this stupid? There isn't even a reward for heavies killing vehicles...
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

This is exactly why I hate hacking stuff. Also late spawns. I hate that guy that spawns in 2 or 3 seconds after you're done hacking then kills you and rehacks.

Now when I attempt to spawn on a link that has been destroyed...nope can't spawn there, uplink lost.
This game is seriously gonna cause me to have a stroke one day. It's actually because you are invisible for about 3 seconds after you spawn. So you through a flux grenade, someone spawns in, flux grenade goes off and destroys uplink, and three seconds later the guy who spawned before the uplink was destroyed becomes visible. You can do this too. When you spawn in simply don't move (well you can spin in place, but that's it). No one will be able to see you. If this is what the cloak in 1.8 is going to be like maximum T_T is inbound. I highly doubt it as you're thinking. Actually a few days ago I was playing a match and I stumbled upon someone moving out of his spawn point but for a split second he was still cloaked, however not completely invisible. You could see his body outline along the visual distortion. Man I wish I could of recorded that, it was very weird. That's my guess for what it's going to be.
I have seen that a few times. Just sit by a spawn beacon and watch. It happens every so often. I don't know if lag makes this effect more prominent.

I switched from fluxes to remotes and that problem has become a distant memory. In fact, I'm averaging 1.5 kills per uplink in hot zones.

I'm not going to argue whether it does or doesn't need changing but as someone whose main role is hacking, hacking mods and alpha weapons allows you to hack without retaliation. If your having issues hacking, then I'd wager you don't have a hacking suit, which is the whole point of having a hacking suit?
Also watching the kill feed before a hack to look for massive deaths helps in reducing spawn ins.

Rarely do I get killed hacking anything but the objective. But I'm a heavy, so who knows how it is for the rest of you.

What if there was a way to disable the objectives spawn capability before hacking? Maybe as simply as shooting the hack console, or Flux grenades disabling them So no one could spawn for a limited time after console was disabled...
Just a thought
Plasma Cannon performs its suppresion/area denial role perfectly
Pity dust players only perform one role - slaying

its not the objective spawning that is problematic. its all the 3 second uplinks scattered about.
a person who places a 3 sec uplink at an enemy objective can take the objective no problem.
most of the time ull hack the objective in less than 5 secs and the spawn on point is usually around 10 secs.
as for my time in skirm in dom. no avoiding the rr. |

And nothing says fun like seeing your crosshairs light up red before people spawn is as you claim 30 kills on one uplink. I approve of on point spawning :)
