I run my Dren or Dragonfly BPO with Complex Stamina and KinKat and it is ridiculous how fun it can be. I just hate how paper thin I am. I should be able to out run who ever is shooting at me, but if a few bullets graze me its lights out. My favorite move is to drop from a high spot and SG someone to the head. I know I **** off a lot of proto's and heavies when I kill them with this move. My suit cost less than 11K whats in your wallet

I don't see an issue with his HP, the fit is designed to be incombat for split seconds, moving, and moving and moving. I run something similar though I don't see the need for a complex damage mod with SG.
Cheapest 12k (84 Shield/162 Armor/9.02 m/s) work very well still.
Good 97k (84 Shld/ 162 Armor/10.01m/s)
Best 142k (84 shld/162 armor/10.01m/s)
All function and work th same in reality, mainly use the cheapsuit, the idea isn't toget into gun fights, the idea is to just appear and facerape and leave

I have barebones skills to fit this suit out (scouts 1, weak core) as I'm primarily a tanker, and I gotta say that the near invincibility granted to me by ducking under most scanners is completely worth the EHP loss, since, well, I'm never spotted long enough for EHP to really come into play.
I'm not against a scout buff, as you guys have been given the short end of the stick since day 1, but you don't nearly have it as bad as you try to lead everyone else to believe.
I guess there's no real point to this post. I'm loving what little scouting skill I have, and look forward to the definitely happening infantry respec come 1.8 (should CCP want to have a job to come back to the following day).
EDIT: Thanks to some wise advice from a poster, I have since swapped the plate for a BPO red pill thingy.
And given that experience can you imagine what the 1.8 Protoscouts are going to be like? Death incarnate, i sez.
I support SP rollover.
