But I've been tanking for 9 months now..... I want to keep tanking...infact I want to use all Amarr vehicles, specialising in HAV.
I don't consider myself a spammer. I have ISK and its my designated role of the map.
Eff you if you say differently. I will murder all scrubby FoTM tankers if you help me out though.

If you are building a squad for Ambush and you don't at least have 3 tankers in it? Your doing it wrong.
If you spawn into an Ambush and think "Hmm maybe I'll wait and see if the enemy has tanks before I call mine in" Your doing it wrong... Call in your tanks clear the enemy tanks... then and only then can u think about not using a tank.
As soon as one side get's Wiped in Ambush... With tanks on the field that side will never recover.. and get farmed until its over...
Welcome to Giant Ambush maps and The worst Spawn points i have ever seen in a deathmatch Since the player Written Deathmatch Mod got first implemented into Counter-Strike... Spawn takes 4 steps... kill 1-4 die.... rinse repeat...

Nope, sorry, not gonna happen. I have a vehicle alt that only has skills into HAVs(and ADSs a little).
I spawn, I call in a tank.
I die, I call in a tank.
I lose too many tanks? The bad matches balance out with the good matches.
Either I call in a Tank, or I run around in a bare bones Starter Fit and get shredded. I'm going to call in a tank.

If you play ambush. You're doing it wrong.
Most tankers are like sand people. They frighten easily, but will quickly return...and in greater numbers.

I've noticed on my vehicle alt that once a maddy with a proto rail starts clearing the field there are few challengers that step up. Not saying I am great or anything just effective. It is also way easier then anti-tanking on foot and it's nice to give my team a match where they have little worry about tanks. Though that doesn't mean they will manage to cap for the win.
CCP your matchmaking is better but still sucks a fair amount

you guys should see a good tank spam. Not the MLT one. Of course, once you have seen that something grants you easy kills at MLT tier, you'll spec into it. Once you spec into it and spam 3-4 well fitted maddys or gunnlogis it's over.

Oh no, I'm not saying that people shouldn't call in tanks if that's they're role, I'm just saying:
1) There's little to no Vehicle / Anti-Vehicle balance
2) As usual people abuse it.
Now, to all the others:
I have a tank alt with a maxed out Gunnlogi. I can fit 3 complex hardeners and 3 PRO Turrets. I'm not even a decent tanker but can easily survive any match.
