CCP has yet to confirm any buffs to the forge gun for 1.8.

Ishukone can DPS most tanks to death without too many problems, and Kaal is good for holding a charge to prep for a que. Breach is fun, but impractical. The best use I've found for it is oneshotting pesky LAVs. Forge on for great justice! Defend the meek! Destroy the weak! Q-sync breaches into the rectum of everyone else!

Is something wrong with you? Your complaint is with MLT tanks, not Breach Forge Guns There are other vehicles in the game. My IAFG rapes MLT tanks. As I just said, the Breach is best as a team weapon used to alpha dropships and provide fire support on tanks. PLEASE!! yes it can that's what 2200 base damage? so you're doing about 2500 i guess? soma has 5200 health, of course you can 2 hit it. you're doing the same damage as a sica with 2 damage mods, sometimes I 2 shot tanks with it, sometimes they have a tiny bit of HP left. I understand you have to be stood still to use the proto FG but you should be able to shot it, if not get a guy with a militia forge gun to put in the first shot for you, with 1x complex damage mods MLT FG does 1,200HP so that's the shields gone.

Thanks to game changes since Chrome CCP pretty much forced people into using iFG while others brought out Breaches for very specific trolling purposes. No amount of tweaking will fix that kind of game imbalance. Uprising 1.7 made them junk. You should save yourself some pain and just go Large Rail. This is Tanks514 after all. No, you're complaining that you can't solo a tank, because someone paying attention can escape in those 5.5 seconds or however long it takes to charge a breach with SP into it. I don't forge a tank unless I know someone else in my squad is also targeting the same tank. If I try soloing a tank, and they get away, I don't complain that they're OP.
