We complain about the swarm being easy mode, not the forge. We know the forge has to be aimed. I use and love my forge guns. Taka basically just uses the breach now. I'll switch between the assault and breach depending on the situation.

No, you're complaining that you can't solo a tank, because someone paying attention can escape in those 5.5 seconds or however long it takes to charge a breach with SP into it.
I don't forge a tank unless I know someone else in my squad is also targeting the same tank. If I try soloing a tank, and they get away, I don't complain that they're OP. I try it again from a better angle for me.
