Could be worse. You could be the slower-than-Minnie-Assault Amarr Scout. Now that's a speed issue.
Dren and Templar equipment stats, wrong since release.

Specifically, Gallente scout with 4 complex kincats goes 11.11m/s the Minmatar Scout with 3 complex kincats goes 11.117m/s it'll probably be displayed on the fittings screen as 11.12m/s
I don't think I understand the complaint here, Minmatar are under powered because what they get with 75CPU, 45PG and 3 low slots the Gallente can accomplish in 100CPU, 60PG and 4 low slots?
Besides, the Scout Vk.0 could only go 10.63m/s sprint in chromo with 3 kincats so if you're an open beta vet or been playing longer you can finally get your 3 low slot back and you'll be faster then before.
The Devs keep saying that the game can't keep up with speeds higher than that.
Then we have Gavr1lo Pr1nc1p who won't stop whining that his suit isn't overpowered.
Nobody can fit all slots with prototype modules on any suit.
Even a Gallente Logi, with the current reduction to equipment can't run all proto EQ, proto weapon and all complex high and low slots. Kid, you have 0 meta-gaming skills. Any and all criticism you just ignore, while desperately searching for internet strangers to give you validation.

It's a 2 PG buff and a 136 CPU buff....the CPU is a good amount, but that PG.....

my plan for the minmatar scout is to run 2 complex kincats and a complex card reg, with 3 shields in the highs. pretty much the fit I run now, but I can run twice as long.
