i was shooting stealth hunter zero with a bk assualt combat rife shot every bullet into him he took no dmg he shoots me with same weapon kills in 1 second

well ccp needs to step it up a notch then becuase if its lag ............ ive been having very bad lag for a while now..... and its not my internet i have best internet available public

I run the BK42 Assault CR 90% of the time and SG the rest. I rarely use the burst CR, which I will agree could use a nerf but they are toning all the rifles down for 1.8 so thats a moot point. Plus I have proficiency to 5 and SS to 5 as well, plus there could have been lag that game. |

Guys the RR and variants are OP, the CR and its variants are OP, the Scrambler rifle and its variants are OP.
The AR is debatable and the AR variants are UP. The SMG is probably one of the few weapons that MIGHT be considered balanced. |

1.8 SCR is going to be super OP because the CR,RR and AR will be UP and come 1.9 it'll get overnerfed and the other 3 rifles will get buffed and the SCR will become like the LR in 1.7 |

Exacta. Unless CCP sucks at the Scrambler Rifle and will say it takes skill (which is does, but on the Amarr Assault, it takes alot less skill).

So the CR is OP and needs to be nerfed, but the RR is just fine as is.....lemme guess you use the RR and not the CR. LOL how typical. Both are too powerful and thus both are getting nerfed to increase TTK

The Rail Rifle just needs a 10% damage nerf and it will be fine. The combat rifle needs a 10-15% damage nerf, and the Scrambler Rifle needs a 1% heat builtup nerf, and a 5% damage nerf. After that, all of the racial rifles need a 10% damage nerf again. Then the other weapons might have a chance.

The lag seems like a deterioration issue, where it's something that has to be constantly calibrated, but cannot be truly fixed.
*Also, both of you should try using cover and strafing next time.
