And what can the cal scout scan at level 5 that he cant scan at 0 or 1? And what can gallente hide from with the bonus?

I know but I want a clearer table because I may have misread some parts, and wow a cal scout with 2 c damps cant avoid focused without cloak unless not usingna galogi

Not the bonuses, the bonuses effect at 5, but I think I found the numbers
