Problem: - Equipment spamming and (possibly related) game lag.
Suggestions: 1. Limit ACTIVE equipment use by type - maybe 1 each for Standard suits, 2 each for Advanced and 3 each for Proto. For example, an Advanced Logi suit could only ever have 2 Drop Uplinks and 2 Nanohives (of any combined vesions) ACTIVE at one time, although they could actually carry more (maybe 3 each). If they dropped a third piece of equipment from that family the first one pops, regardless of whether it was the same model or not. 2. Allow all equipment to be refilled at Supply Depots. (Vehicles can reload, why not Infantry?)
Results: - Infantry (Logis) can continue supporting their teams without worrying about running out of equipment or needing to change suits to reload equipment. - Selfish WP farming is reduced. - Lag is reduced.

I suggested something similar in my thread where I went over the math of how much equipment you could have active in a game. Besides lag reduction benefits, implementing the idea would encourage tactical placement of equipment instead of overwhelming your opponent with the stupid amount of equipment your allowed to have active.
