Are motives are simple, Train our EVE side up in preparation for the link to expand. As Zatara pointed out, you use to be able to land on grid, kill the destroyer and go on about your business. It wasn't till after I was fighting RA and SVER at the same time that I realized I needed more pilots in order to help our Mercs out. Not to mention the fabled warbarge we still know nothing about, if it's as expensive as assumptions have lead us to believe, It would be wise to have an EVE side that can defend them.
We are currently in FW practicing orbitals and support fleets on EVE side.
***Side note for Quebec United, they had EVE players who didn't meet the standing requirements in FW, all they have to do is get rid of those two inactive EVE players that are ruining their standings and they can re-up in the alliance. Our corporation had to leave the alliance temporarily too, Hell I had to leave my own corp in order to get my standings back up in time.

If you guys think PC 2.0 is gonna be that easy, a simple "Hey we're being attacked, help!" I have two words for you:
GOOD LUCK.
If PC stays in MH. General Tso's Alliance will reign supreme, PC will once again be broken. (assuming their warbarge isn't killed by local pirates)
If it expands to lowsec in various other regions, all Alliances and Corporations will have a chance to compete and grow over time. (again assuming warbarges aren't killed by local pirates)
If it breaks into nullsec and sov space, Everyone will have a chance to compete and grow over time (assuming their warbarge isn't killed by local pirates) but Top Men will have a leg up on everyone since they are the CFC branch of DUST.

Soraya Xel wrote:Just two notes to contribute:
1. Top Men is actually quite dominantly DUST players who don't play EVE. We just have ties to the CFC. The CFC has no reason to care about Molden Heath, and to be quite honest, Top Men doesn't care all that much about Molden Heath either, insofar as we're pretty happy as long as we get to have fights.
2. Anyone who thinks General Tso's is going to be able to do crud for them once CCP reinvents PC in a way that matters to EVE is kidding themselves. The only reason there aren't larger fleets from other parties, is lack of caring. When they care... well, you might need more friends.
If Dust expands to Nullsec, I'll be going back to the CFC.
What to name my warbarge...
Mittens Revenge? The SS Mittaningrad? Da Big Red Barge?

It takes a while to learn how to PVP and be really good at it. It's not like Dust where you just have good gun game and having better gear helps, In EVE there are multiple factors, fitting your ship, traversal velocity, manually piloting, fall off, tracking speed, dscan monitoring, target prioritizing, cap management, sooo many factors.

Top Men is the only Alliance with REAL EVE backing it's just their Coalition doesn't give two ***** about Molden Heath. They are the sleeping giant.
And yeah, for the most part I'd say a lot of the alliances in DUST are poorly held together, most of them will probably self destruct in the near future.

Zatara, I think it's right now people think TSO's alliance is awesome because they have the most EVE pilots in MH out of a DUST alliance, but they are tiny in comparison to the CFC. If CCP does re-invent PC to a point where it becomes seriously relevant to EVE players. Soraya is probably correct. Most people are joining Tso's Alliance because they have the biggest EVE support in MH. what's to stop them from joining the most successful group in the game. Unless there is a glue that holds people together in Tso's alliance, SVER will probably wind up joining CFC.
Someone mentioned Tso having a fleet of 40 ships, in 6VDT Test showed up with a 40 man fleet and we undocked with 500 ships.

Glad to be irrelevant to you. though I don't know who you are really except someone who cares enough to constantly attack me on the forums and make bad assumptions.. I do know Tso has been around for a while though, there's a neat feature that tells you when an alliance is created if you can believe that. I'm just a humble capital pilot, with a small following, I don't expect to be on many people's radar, except a few corps that seem to like me.
Don't have to worry about me though, most of my allies are in your alliance :)

Who are you exactly and why should you be anymore relevant to me than I am to you, never seen giant in MH or seen them as a district holder/major player, all I saw was some lowsec pocos, which are gone...
