This is just me, finding a way to make Myofibril stims useful.
How about giving them a speed penalty reduction on plates, so that using them your plates don't hamper you as much? Makes sense, the stim increases muscle strength, and with more powerful muscles you could carry the weight better.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

No idea on my guns right now. Getting majority to level 3 at least, then deciding.

No, it's called Shield Energizers, same as Shield recharges but gives more Shield Rep & penitally is overall Shield reduction.

No, shield extenders increase shield recharge delay. Shield regulators reduce recharge delay. The two are opposites. |

Kincats affect movement speed, so they should increase all around speed (walking and sprinting). |

If only they were in the highs... my Gallente assault would have 2 catalyzes 2 complex plates 1 complex rep and either a complex rep or damp. I would be a true Gallente ninja.

Why? Shields and armor aren't nearly balanced. You've got speed, quick reps, and more resistances to damage types actually being used in game. Armored suits can turn around and see who killed them with that extra quarter second that a couple hundred hp will buy. |

Make the stims increase reload speed. Make a thread about that.
