My current recommendations:
Tanks:
Nerf Blaster Range by 30% Reduce speed 3% Reduce Nitrous boost by 5% Reduce Gunloggi CPU/PG, number TBD Increase turning abilities of the Madrugar slightly, to slightly reduce the mobility disadvantage versus Gunloggis.
AV:
FG: Reduce charge times to 1.6 levels.
Swarms: Either a 15% damage buff, or a 20% range increase, but not both. Increase magazine size by at least 1 round.
AV nades: No changes
PLC: CCP have stated that the PLC is in a place where it is difficult to balance without making it OP against infantry. Increase projectile velocity 25% Increase range 10% Increase precharge 15% Increase damage 25%
Hopefully the precharge time is what prevents people spamming them in city structures, but allows the weapon to perform a relatively high skill high damage blow to vehicles.
Proxies/RE's
Players should not need to reload to distribute proto and advanced explosives. Proxie damage could go up, I don't know by how much. RE's seem alright, maybe more damage, but I don't know if CCP wants RE's to one shot all heavies or not.

My tank doesn't cost quite triple of your suit, but 550k is no laughing matter. If you are unable to deal with MLT tanks, then see the above.
It doesn't take a tank to kill a tank, it is a matter of effectiveness. Infantry can do it, and in certain situations can do it better than a tank can. Knowing which is which helps.

What I mean is remove large blasters, make small turrets easier to fit for tanks, and a kick feature so the tanker can remove any gunners if need be to recall or get gunners in who are on mic or in their squad.
Only bad tankers are arguing for more than one AV person to take out a tank.

Just a realist of what is balanced in a game.
The only question that really matters, and it gets consistently ignored is how long should it take a single AV person to destroy a tank? When people start having that discussion, then we are making progress.
Until then everyone is just bashing their heads against he wall trying to defend their interests.
