The sad part. some people spend up to 5 hours a day just locking districts so their corps stay save and make millions. I did the math, turns out Renegade Alliance is making about 880 million isk day (mostly Nyain San). 461 mil from nyain

I got it too, but the joke was too dark.......even for me. How many kids these days know about the Jonestown Massacre? Seriously, that was some ****** up ****. Kill your children or we'll do it for you. Most of them didn't even drink the koolaid they had syringes forced on them. Anyone who resisted was shot. If I am not mistaken, it was the inspiration for this song. If you believe in any form of punishment afterlife, Jim Jones is there. Rest assured, there is no other place for him. I'm pretty sure Jim Jones was inspired by the song "Don't fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult (the irony in the rock group's name!). http://www.history.com/topics/jonestown/videos/jonestown-massacreDon't fear the Reaper -1976 Jonestown Massacre -1978 I haven't confirmed this yet though. I wouldn't be surprised, he was one twisted ************.

I'm not sure, but I think it involves acts that would be construed as being akin to g*y prison love in exchange for goodies.

most of them use BPOs and starter fits most of the time or they run aurum fits and there can be no argument on this

Or more logically, and I am arguing with you, they are PC corp players and print isk out of their locked districts.

It just adds up over time. Die less, or at least get revived often = lose less assets during a match.
Big corps dish out paychecks, because districts net far to much revenue in this game that offsets the economy* in this game. It basically builds a structure where large PC corps can "afford" to run proto in public contracts, but non-PC players can't without using some sort of side-system.
*In no way, shape, or form is the EvE/New Eden economy a slight resemblance of an economy. To call it an economy is simply false, and an ignorant use of the term.

Don't run expensive gear, i find that a std assault suit with a std gun and adv modules just as effective as a fully adv suit but way cheaper, guns especially seem to be more expensive from std to adv but not that much more effective. |

I had 70m before the skill tree revamp. When the reimbursement came, it got me 195m. I spent 25m buying back skills and equipment and since then from 170m i climbed up to 234m right now.
I run ADV, between 46 to 55k suits and a few times up to 67k. I have a STD 19k backup for those battles where odds of dying above the threshold are high.
EDIT: Never played a single PC battle, no interest so far.

Apparently CCP messed up on the EVE-DUST link. Before they could fix it, some members of the RENEGADE ALLIANCE on the EVE side managed to slip through a stack of cash to the DUST side, thus kick starting the domination of PC we see now. In short, a lot of people now can run proto continuously. Instant win button
Be interesting to see a lot of these almighty slayers run basic or adv gear and see how well they manage then. Wonder if they are using skill or just OP gear right?

The ones who did it were in alliances that were extremely relevant then, though are not so much so now.
