If they didn't pick their factions themselves then they automatically get selected to fight fit their starting race until they pick a side. Bam, FW noobies are evenly spread, and teams are balanced. |

Why thank you. It was an idea I had a few weeks ago that seemed super obvious to me. I honestly never posted it because I was under the impression someone else must have brought this up as an option by now. I suppose it never happened.

Such a small tweak but that could make a big difference IMO. Just did, actually! Should also put a link to the idea you like best or alternate them in your signature like I did with mine. It doesn't take long for things to getting buried in there.
