PFFT If they want us to buy boosters first they're gonna have to give us our SP back the we already got through boosters and was turned into useless garbage. What about people who bought swarms or flaylocks? They were great, then turned into an SP sink with no reward at all. What about people who got the minmatar logis for the hacking bonuss the spent millions os SP on hacking mods and damage mods? The damage mods get nerfed to garbage, and the suit bonuss replaced with LOLREPTOOLBONUS. Thats over 5mil SP down the drain on subpar suit with virtually useless mods. How many boosters you think it took him to get that 5 mil? So you spend REAL money, ALOT of real money, only to get it turned into garbage overnight and your money turns into a waste. E.g. How many bought thousands of fused locus grenades for AUR. So, everyone stopped spending money past 1.4 really. Hardly anyone buys boosters anymore unless its a SP event. Because we know its a waste. Same reason you don't invest in anything in wartorn regions economically, overnight a new faction comes to power and seizes all assets, so you lose your investment. How to get likes: post QQ reply to every thread where a PC corps players post claiming they only win cus "FOTM"

Once you break 10m, you're a force to not be taken lightly in pub matches. Then you start playing against high profile players, you start to get into PC matches here-and-there. Your 10m SP ain't jack doodle against those guys. You final break 20m you have a character that's molded to your perfection. You're core strengths are accentuated. You're a guy that gets called in as a ringer with confidence. Then, you move into a PC corp and play 5-10 PCs a day(before the locks) and you realize that your 20m SP ain't jack doodle against those guys. There are always 3-tiers of players 3. Casual 2. Do-gooders 1. The top elite that won't settle for anything but 1st place against any & all comers. Better example 3. Slim Winning (me), etc. 2. Mr. Machine Guns, etc. 3. Espeon, etc.

There is no way I'm grinding for months just to get back to where I was in Summer 2013.

It's not the speccing into something new it's the fact that they are changing pretty much all dropsuit roles which is going to affect weaponry and upgrades that people have skilled into If they were adding 1 sidearm then okay fair enough you can accept no skill refund but a total overhaul to all dropsuits is a major change to infantry and really should come with a full refund for Dropsuit Command,Dropsuit Upgrades and Weaponry CCP not giving infantry a complete skill refund in 1.8 is like sitting over 75% of there player base and taking a dump on them, if puttign up with OP tnanks for 3 months wasn't a big enough dump on infantry already 1.8 could be the guillotine coming down on infantry ending their association with this game and CCP permenantly

Ain't happ'nin'. what worries me are player counts below 2000 since then its 2 versus 10 in a lot of matches. if a respec helps with player counts then yeah. but then even at 23 million sp my fav fits are militia scout, heavy or logi with militia ar , shotgun or smg or sniper since those create a challenge to get kills with.
