i think (or at least i hope) scan reduction will stay universal for scouts. the hacking speed suggests the minmatar scout is an infiltration unit. it clearly is not. its speed makes it more of a cqc/assassin unit. it needs some kind of sleed bonus, i think. yet the amarr scout somehow ended up with better stamina. perhaps kinetic catalyzer efficiency +2%?

According to the "in progress" 1.8 scout changes data excel sheet CCP provided, all scouts won't have dropsuit profile reduction except for gallente, however we all get a reduction to our base profile scan (45->35). And with the nerf to those 360 degree scanners, I think we "should" be fine. Don't quote me on that though. Minja. We run and hide. And then we kill you.
