That's the point man, the bonus for Amarr makes sense, wtf do we need a reload bonus for on a long range weapon. |

Thanks for the discussion guys i gotta hit up Dust now, just wanted to bring this to light a bit. Our Amarrian brothers are good campaigners when it comes to getting the bonuses they want, mabe they could lend a hand to their Caldari allies about this issue.
