I got roughly two thirds of the way through the whole thread and got bored with it. I hadn't seen that someone had given him isk already.
Hell, I'd have done it myself if I could afford it to shut him the hell up with his whining by the time I posted my response. Luckily I have nowhere near enough to do that.
When I play as a sniper, I'm more likely to be nearer to the opponents redline than my own.

I did
I told them it was resolved (he got all his isk back) and yet they said links for the deal on here, it was in my inbos after he contacted me on the forums

well you got evidence (and they should too) so point it out and keep working on it should get reversed. (heck if they gave him the isk he isnt supposed to have he may go negative :S)
