NK Scout CCP clearly stated that scamming would be dealt with HARSHLY. there actions arent overkill, just inline with what they stated. you dont like your HARSH punishment then quit the game

Not even that, just delete the character. No one cares about him and CCp will not reverse their action. They warned him and he scammed anyways thus deserves what he got
