Sorry, something about this is really fishy. and the fact you're not explaining what happened just seems off. I wouldn't recommend anyone send him any money until we know what's going on here. I been playing since closed beta and have very few pieces of advanced gear. Then again my spread of skill points is rather thin. As for the negative currency its a rather common occurrence in eve for those mostly breaking rules like buying from RMT, IRL item Scamming and many more of the horrible like. You can go on a begathon or work really hard to undo the screw over. The game is not impossible to play on nothing. Now if you truly believe your scenario is a mistake made on part of CCPs end ( and not of your fault as the CCP GMs have a particular flavor of revenge that generally makes the entire community go 'ohhh burned' ) Please continue to keep contacting the support department and work with them on getting it resolved. I did I told them it was resolved (he got all his isk back) and yet they said links for the deal on here, it was in my inbos after he contacted me on the forums
