It's the opposite in DUST... somewhere the balance was missed 
BF4 when you ADS anywhere near a target it auto locks on them

No, it's the almost perfect hip fire Go plug in your god mode Keyboard and mouse and try and hipfire with the Rail rifle... Then tell me how good the hipfire is.... 
I've experimented with DS3 without aim assist and it's still EZ mode. |
