The only explanation after that is that they placed some kind of incentive out to get this recognition. Ever play one of those cheap homemade games out on the web, where the highest score is 9,999,999,999 and the 2nd place score is about 43,236? Someone found an exploit to an unfinished or unsecured section of the game and decided to capitalize on it. Do we make a hall of fame for the first person to exploit to the maximum recordable score ingame? No. So, why should the first user of an exploit get a spot of recognition here? It's not like they crafted a scheme to scam billions of isk out of other players, or trade phoney assets online.. those things would actually take skill and some internal integrity to perform.
