Why would you I am lvl 3 Amarr Logi and i get 3 armor reps per second without any armor rep modules.
You are thinking about the Logistics Bonus that all Logi suits get.
I'm talking about the Amlogi racial bonus, which is "+5% Armor Repair Module Efficacy per level."

I've looked it up twice on Google, and once in my dictionary. It's means the exact same thing as "bonuses".
