Yeah, I don't see this happening at all.
If it does, IDK if it should go to D-UNI, if they are anything like the things I have heard about E-UNI, well, let's just say it would be put to better use by buying huge numbers of tanks and proto suits and then running around in pubs not engaging anyone except for running straight at them.
Actually, I think that is a great idea, spend it all on expensive gear and then just let it get destroyed in pubs. This will disperse the Isk to a wider segment of the community.
Though, this is all just speculation because what happens if CCP deletes it all?
