Speed and Shield Tanking. I'll ask my buddy, Noien Blankets he's a Shield-tanking Minmatar who always goes positive. Use the Combat Rifle with Scrambler Pistol for best results. Also remember to strafe and flank like the BOSS you are.

Put on a scanner and some high end knives for some real Minja fun. Scanners are doubly useful in this case as you can close in for a perfect knife-in-the-back kill.

Dont bother putting Basic / Enhanced Shield Ext. on it, if you cant fit a Complex Shield Extender, fit any damage mod that affects the weapon you're using, in my opinion, even +3% is better than +37 Shield.
I fit two Complex Extenders, a Complex Damage Mod, and some Reds, and a CPU Enhancer in the lows. CPU Enhancer allows me to fill my Nades, EQ, and put a Proto weapon in my Primary, and ADV Weapon in my sidearm.
If you find you're getting scanned, switch the red out with a Basic Dampener (Assuming you have lvl 3 Dampening, if not, you wont be able to dodge Proto Scans with one dampener)
I never fit a Plate on any Minmatar Suit unless its the Logi, by doing that you're throwing your natural speed bonus away, as long as you have a high damage output, and can aim, and can avoid fire either by strafing, or jumping in and out of cover, you will win most gunfights Vs Med Frames.
I've beaten Med Frames with +700 HP, while they're camping on dual rep hives, with their gank 'n tank fit, in this suit. (I'll let you figure out who it was  )
Also, Flux Nades.
EDIT: Oh, and the weapon I use is the Boundless CR, with an M209 Assault SMG.

Cubs that won't do anything though because it's a paradox. The Min get their suits from Salvation Army, so dropping it off at the Salvation Army will only put it back into circulation.
