Probably would easier to just nerf DPS. The racial rifle with the most range (RR) shouldn't have the same DPS as the the rifle with the least range (AR).
I don't like the idea of giving more weapons overheat, I like the idea of it being Amarr only with a few exceptions.

Make it so as you fire heat builds ups -but won't overheat the gun- once you stop firing you have to wait till it cools down to fire again.

KAGEHOSHI has made more constructive posts than you will probably ever make in your life. Key word 'constructive'. You can go and look that up if you don't know what it means. I'll give you a clue - what you just posted is not constructive.

Would you like to explain what changes you see as 'dumb'? It may be a little beyond you, given that you don't seem to understand basic balancing principles, but perhaps if you attempt to justify yourself then maybe you won't look like such a moron.

I'm not sure about this. The charge time already disadvantages the weapon in CQC in the event of refiring and it's not enough of a disadvantage. Would this essentially mean that once you stop firing you can't refire for an extended period of time? I think that might be a frustrating mechanic.

Rather, I feel it would be better to adjust the tight hipfire dispersion so that it isn't quite so pinpoint. That way, the weapon isn't very good in CQC but it can still work well enough at its long range ADS role.
