My primary two things are: -I take a 15 minute break -Start singing randomly about all the bullshit that is happening A new thing I've been doing for other people in my squad who are raging out, Dropping F-Bombs every nanosecond and sound like they might suffer cardiac arrest; is sing "Cold Blooded" (Just those two words) in a really high pitched key. Seems to work somehow and my squadmates are back to laughing and having fun as they should be. It is just a game after all troopers! Feel free to share some RAGECURES of your own! You're saying its a bad idea? Well stick around. I'm full of bad ideas.

I too have gone through maybe 3 controllers between the two. I find having something to chew on is a good ragecure, such as a lot of gum or the end of my e-cig. I do find rolling one and having a smoke does help.... .......... and then I just end up spending time sorting out fittings thinking im Playing some old RPG from the 90's luke FF7 or Vagrant Story....... ah the hours wasted, being wasted playing RPG's sorting out your weapons and stats......... err....sorry drifted of subject.....that's what this stuff does to you....... ... This was when I first started playing Dust, which is my first FPS MMO, so there was a steep learning curve. However, once I adopted the philosophy of "try not to die" in place of the philosophy "try to kill everything", I started doing much better generally and rarely get my panties in a twist these days. I'f I'm sniping and get taken out, I switch to a cheaper fit (and usually move) or a scout suit. If I'm scouting, it's usually because I can't effectively snipe, so if I get taken out then, I'll switch to an inexpensive assault suit or heavy and try to run with other blues. I just accept the fact that sometimes there's nothing I can do--I'm gonna get pwned. Have you seen my baseball?
