But for all minmatar dropsuits from assault, to logi to heavy and sentinel. fine, but you would have to make it so that the min assault isnt faster than the ammar scout, as thats just not right. This comes from an all minmitar everything guy

just putting it out there, speed wise, a minmitar scout needs at least a 5% speed increase, as currently gallente is the way to go for speed and EHP. (gal fit-3x KC's, 1x ADV plate, 1x shield extender, 1x damage mod), now as dampened as a ninja with a proto dampener on, and faster than one with 2x kin cats, has more hep than that same minja with 3x shield extenders, and does more damage to boot. But the worst part is, this gallant scout can still fit a cloak, but the ninja can'tGǪgive minmitar scouts a speed increase so that the only way a gal scout can beat a 2x kin cat minja speed wise is by sacrificing all the lows.

Minmatar should have high shield regeneration, but also a high delay. Why? Because it encourages hit and run. Low delay is better for prolonged combat, as Caldari are supposed to do. Minmatar shield regen delay and regen speed, as well as armor regen, should be synched in order to allow them to have both values topped up at around the same time after an engagement. This means that avoiding engagements after a fight is the way to go, because otherwise the shield regen timer is reset and you are at only half HP. Their speed is there to allow them to actually make use of that healing. Run away and live to see another kill. Meanwhile, do something with lower risk, like running cloaked to the next objective.
Armor plates slow them down, meaning that this concept is interfered with. Shield extenders/regulators, meanwhile, would be the to go thing for them. This leaves open low slots for profile dampeners, which I imagine to be very useful for a hit and run kind of playstyle and movement modules, but makes tanking a tradeoff with damage modules. I don't know much about the shield modules, but are the extender/regulators based on percentages? The shield delay modification might actually be something to consider with this version of Minmatar, in contrast to what I heard about the laughably low attribute change for Caldari.
Anyway, take my suggestions together and Minmatar would be the perfect lone wolfs. Run around the battlefield, assault undefended objectives or defend hacked objectives. The long time between attacks would be enough to heal up, but would cause death in larger battles. Mediums would be heavy on flanking and dynamically reinforcing the team even across larger areas. I don't have enough imagination for heavies. Now, how fluffy is that kind of playstyle? Does "lone wolf" fit the Minmatar mentality? they currently need more speed on the scout suit, as it is worse in every way than the gallant scout

Is it? I thought the base speed was higher. The current issue is that the engine simply can't handle proper sprint speeds. I also wish that Minmatar would be far faster. A gallente scout doesn't need a profile dampener so they have 4 low slots open, while a minmitar only has 2. The gallente can put on 1 adv plate, 3x kin cats, a damage mod, a shield extender, an adv shotgun, a SMG, a cloak, and a stable active scanner. The minmitar can't even fit a cloak if they use 2x kin cats, the same weapons, 3x shield extenders, and a profile dampener. And, the gallant is faster, has more HP, and does more damage, has innate armor regen, all the while being able to fit a cloak. therefore, i want a buff to minmitar scout speed stats so that if the gallant wants to be faster than a minmitar scout with 2x kin cats, they would need to sacrifice all four of their lows, greatly reducing their tanking abilities. I want an increased stacking penalty on kin cats in addition to more speed on a minmitar scout so that at level 5 biotics with 2x proto kin cats they move at 10.7 m/s or greater

minmitar stats- EHP-fine speed-needs 5% more at least Shield regen/delay-needs at least a 10-15% bonus

i agree, except innate armor should be only 1/sec shields are good, thats what they are good at. Speed though, especially strafe, needs to be looked at for a buff, especially for scout and assault frames

some dude once wanted assault suits in1.8 to be the 'regenerative demons'. to that, i say no. make the minmatar assault and logistics suits the real 'regenerative demons' thats not a bad idea. Also, looking at the stats for the 1.8 cal and min scouts, i think that the shield regen stats need to be switched
