BUMP. Dust needs Huge 50 v 50 matches. 32 people just isnt enough. it'd be more fun going head to head with several different people and more ROLES WOULD BE BROUGHT TO THEIR TRUE FRUITION rather than how it is now where 6 people can change an entire game. I'm looking at you, Exiles,Teamplayers, and Nyain!
Game needs giant matches. It'd be so much more fun seeing everybody's diversity rather than tiny as heck matches like we have now.
RIP MAG, even though I never played it.

Do any of you remember Take that transport weekend?
It was one huge concerted effort by valor to get the acquisition contract. 6D9 and V-C were the major organizers. They then reached out to a few of us smaller clan leaders to get us on board as well. For one whole day, most decent valor clans big and small all qued up for aqui all day long. It worked brilliantly. Raven expected us to do it one weekend and we secretly launched it a week earlier. It was one of Kushmir's more brilliant ideas and worked perfectly. That is the kind of hijinks we could do on mag. I have never seen anything like it again on any game. |

I played a hell of a lot of MAG I vetted in all three factions, and was one flipping medal, and one flipping ribbon away from my platinum trophy (Ive always sucked with grenades)
You could call me biased but MAG was my game, I brought all my friends to it and put way to many hours into it.
The feel of MAG was unlike any other game Ive ever played and that game shaped my outlook on the gaming world in general, The did so much so well (still had some factional balance issues) and it did have its problems but Ive never played on online only fps before or after that felt so complete.
I will miss her game modes.
I will miss her factions.
I will miss my friends that I would meet there.
But most of all I will miss the way that she made me feel :)

Mag was my first, FPS game. Hands down the BEST FPS game for me I'm sure fore many other as well.

i see absolutely no reason why ex mag players would come here. 12 vs 12 when they're already used to at least 64 players, lower frame rate, unless they buy into some 2 year old dust hype up video. dust has nothing to offer them that they haven't already been skimped on in MAG. there's way better games out there that are more than half finished. my guess is they will go to battlefield 4.

The RRs are more like the Tamsen than the CreoDron.
I hated SVER with the fire of 1000 suns,but that AK-103 was pure god mode,and a snatched one off of any dead duct taped SVER scub that i saw,then let the pwn fest commence.

He did not own a PS3 till Dust was announced as an exclusive. If I am remember right he never played MAG, or console games for the most part. Most of his background is PC games and EVE I believe.
