I was playing until the server shut down. Had to give her one last goodbye. It breaks my heart to see her go. Was able to que 5 dominations back-to-back there at the end, so she went down fighting. Hopefully the rest of the MAG holdouts will now come to Dust.
Until Dust gets environments as complex as MAG with game modes as complex as MAG and team sizes, it wont ever be able to meet the standard MAG left behind. Here's hoping Dust will manage to pick up where MAG left off before someone else manages to make the game we've been waiting so long on Dust to become.
Tears for the end of an era. R.I.P. MAG, you will be missed immensely. I will never forget you.

Beyond the weekly cap-out, Dust will definitely be taking a backseat to Dark Souls 2 when it comes out (for me anyway). Unless 1.8 is the be-all end-all Dust update that makes this game at least as good as Chromosome was with at least a partial infantry respec, Dust is only gonna be a quick 2 day cap-out every week before I set in on DS2.
And Dark Souls and Demon's Souls are to the fantasy/action RPG world what MAG was to the FPS world, so I graciously accept your sympathy and hope that the same never happens to the Dark Souls/Demon's Souls servers.
(I've platinumed Demon's Souls on two separate PSN accounts, imho it far surpassed Dark Souls.)

I cant decide whether its better to play farm an hour a day every day, or whether to put the wife and kids in a hotel for the weekend!
Contact me in Dust.... I may be able to hook you up. I managed to farm 3 extra's while working on my 2nd plat for it, so as long as my save file is still there I can summon you and just pass you one.
